Rule 7, Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act Rules, 2004 [S21-YHF]

7. Fees.—The fee payable under the Act and these rules shall be as specified in the Schedule and shall be paid in such manner as the Controller may, by order, specify.
