11. Procedure for the filing of applications.—(1) Every applicant shall, before undertaking the filing of applications, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the application concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within three months of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
