Amaravati, dated the 21st January, 2026

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 7 to the Board of Revenue within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the Board of Revenue within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Board of Revenue shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Tourism Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
