GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The purchase of an apartment by allottees under the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Adjudicating Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall furnish Form F to the Housing Board within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every allottee carrying on the purchase of an apartment shall make an application in Form F to the Housing Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the purchase of an apartment is undertaken, and the Housing Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
