GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The development of land by developers under the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1972, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form B to the Standing Committee within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form B to the Standing Committee within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
