GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of an inam by inamdars under the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act, 2023, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Naib Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall furnish Form 2 to the Collector within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every inamdar carrying on the holding of an inam shall make an application in Form 2 to the Collector within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of an inam is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
