GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The export of goods by exporters under the Tamil Nadu Special Economic Zones (Special Provisions) Act, 2005, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Export Inspector, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall furnish Form ANF-5A to the Development Commissioner within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application in Form ANF-5A to the Development Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods is undertaken, and the Development Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
