GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The cultivation of land as a sharecropper by sharecroppers under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Patwari, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall furnish Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sharecropper carrying on the cultivation of land as a sharecropper shall make an application in Form 3 to the Sub-Divisional Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land as a sharecropper is undertaken, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
