GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Sports Officer, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form F to the National Sports Board within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form F to the National Sports Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the National Sports Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Telangana.
