Section 1, Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999 [S2K-C70]
As at 8 September 2026. In force from 27 July 1999.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
