Section 1, Haryana Excise Act, 1914 [S2D-PPB]
As at 8 September 2026. In force from 15 December 1914.
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Haryana Excise Act, 1914. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
