Maintenance of premises.—Every custodian of securities shall keep the premises where the custody of securities is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every securities kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the custody of securities, and shall furnish to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form B, within ten days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
