Safe custody.—Every custodian of securities shall keep every securities to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the custody of securities is carried on, shall record in Form F the description of every securities so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Recognised Stock Exchange within ninety days of the close of each year.
