Regulation 13, SEBI (Appeals of Custodians of securities) Regulations, 2014 [SCR-71C]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the custodian of securities shall apply to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
