Surrender of certificate.—Every custodian of securities who ceases to carry on the custody of securities shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
