Application for registration.—Every custodian of securities carrying on the custody of securities shall make an application for registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every offer document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
