Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these bye-laws shall be kept at the office of the Depository in the custody of the Deputy General Manager, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Depository; and where the Deputy General Manager having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within sixty days of the succession.
