Bye-law 20, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Licensing of The business of a merchant banker) Bye-laws, 2017 [SBS-2XJ]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 December 2017.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the merchant banker shall apply to the Depository in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Depository shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
