Surrender of certificate.—Every merchant banker who ceases to carry on the business of a merchant banker shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Depository in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every disclosure held by him has been disposed of.
