Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the merchant banker aggrieved by it in Form H within forty-five days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of two thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
