Application for registration.—Every custodian of securities carrying on the custody of securities shall make an application for registration to the Clearing Corporation in Form E, within ten days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every demat account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
