Surrender of certificate.—Every custodian of securities who ceases to carry on the custody of securities shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Clearing Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every client agreement held by him has been disposed of.
