Maintenance of premises.—Every stock broker shall keep the premises where the business of a stock broker is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every demat account kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the business of a stock broker, and shall furnish to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form D, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
