Bye-law 23, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Registration of The business of a stock broker) Bye-laws, 2013 [S98-76C]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 18 March 2013.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the stock broker shall apply to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
