Surrender of certificate.—Every stock broker who ceases to carry on the business of a stock broker shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Recognised Stock Exchange in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every demat account held by him has been disposed of.
