Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any stock broker dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Recognised Stock Exchange in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every contract note then held; and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
