Application for registration.—Every stock broker carrying on the business of a stock broker shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every offer document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
