Surrender of certificate.—Every research analyst who ceases to carry on the publication of research reports shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every offer document held by him has been disposed of.
