Safe custody.—Every research analyst shall keep every disclosure to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the publication of research reports is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every disclosure so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Government within thirty days of the close of each year.
