Maintenance of premises.—Every research analyst shall keep the premises where the publication of research reports is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every demat account kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the publication of research reports, and shall furnish to the Central Government in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
