Removal of difficulty.—Where a guardian appointed by the court had, before the commencement of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997, carried on the management of the property of a minor under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for ninety days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
