Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 (Karnataka Act 33 of 1997); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the said Act, the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
