Removal of difficulty.—Where a auditor of a trust had, before the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, carried on the audit of accounts of a trust under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for ninety days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
