Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act 30 of 1987); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the said Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
