Removal of difficulty.—Where a promoter had, before the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, carried on the development of a real estate project under a licence granted under the law then in force, such licence shall be deemed to have been granted under the Act and shall remain in force for sixty days from such commencement or until it expires, whichever is earlier.
