Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 (Andhra Pradesh Act 15 of 1960); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the said Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
