Amendment of section 15.—In section 15 of the Maharashtra Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2009 (Maharashtra Act 26 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
