Rule 3, Maharashtra State Reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Act Rules, 2020 [S2N-FV4]

3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the Chief Commissioner in Form II, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall, within thirty days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form II.
