2. Amendment of section 12.—In section 12 of the Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Maharashtra Act 11 of 1946) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
