Section 7, Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988 [S2J-G1V]

7. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every employer of women shall maintain such records and registers relating to the employment of women as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every employer of women shall furnish to the Commission a return in Form II within seven days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the Commission may, by order in writing, require.
