Rule 14, Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayuktas Act Rules, 1976 [S2H-J9V]

14. Procedure for the receipt of public funds.—(1) Every private body funded by a public authority shall, before undertaking the receipt of public funds, intimate the Competent Authority in writing, specifying the complaint concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Competent Authority may, within forty-five days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
