Rule 6, West Bengal Panchayat Act Rules, 1976 [S2H-FPV]

6. Records and returns.—(1) Every shopkeeper in a village market shall maintain a record of the keeping of a shop in a village market in Form 2 and shall preserve it for a period of five years. (2) The annual return under sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Act shall be furnished in Form 2 on or before the thirtieth day of June every year.
