11. Procedure for the practice of law.—(1) Every legal practitioner shall, before undertaking the practice of law, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the document concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
