Section 14, Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 [S2D-VFD]

14. Maintenance of records and furnishing of returns.—(1) Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall maintain such records and registers relating to the storage of explosives as may be prescribed and shall preserve them for a period of five years. (2) Every licensee of an explosives magazine shall furnish to the District Magistrate a return in Form III within fifteen days from the end of every financial year, and such other information as the District Magistrate may, by order in writing, require.
