2. Amendment of section 39.—In section 39 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1986 (2 of 1986) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
