13. Procedure for the practice of medicine.—(1) Every registered medical practitioner shall, before undertaking the practice of medicine, intimate the Licensing Authority in writing, specifying the register concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Licensing Authority may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
