11. Procedure for the reference of disputes to arbitration.—(1) Every party to an arbitration agreement shall, before undertaking the reference of disputes to arbitration, intimate the Council in writing, specifying the arbitration agreement concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Council may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
