11. Procedure for the employment of persons with disabilities.—(1) Every establishment employing persons with disabilities shall, before undertaking the employment of persons with disabilities, intimate the Chief Commissioner in writing, specifying the certificate concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Chief Commissioner may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
