12. Procedure for the conduct of arbitral proceedings.—(1) Every arbitrator shall, before undertaking the conduct of arbitral proceedings, intimate the Council in writing, specifying the award concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Council may, within ninety days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
