10. Procedure for the conduct of conciliation.—(1) Every conciliator shall, before undertaking the conduct of conciliation, intimate the Council in writing, specifying the settlement concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Council may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
